Interview
The recruiter couldn’t answer me when I asked about the day-to-day activities of the job. She told me the hiring manager could answer that question. When I met with the hiring manager, she informed me that they were putting together a new team and the job description posted wasn’t accurate. She explained that the job wasn’t onboarding dealerships, it was an internal position improving processes for the field managers that onboard dealerships, which seemed like an even better fit for me. I got a call a week later from the recruiter saying that they went in a different direction because there was a miscommunication. The job actually was onboarding dealerships. The inconsistency over something as basic as a job description is concerning. It seems as though this company has no idea what it’s doing.
