Sent in my application and was quickly set up with a prelim phone interview. Phone interviewer called late, was awkward throughout the call and ignored statements I made to explain things I had already indicated understanding. Additionally the interviewer often left sentences hanging and more often then not provided statements instead of questions.

Got a call from HR, initial phone interview was about 15-20 minutes. Second interview was in person with direct manager, pretty straightforward. Got an email about a week later, and set up a third interview on the phone with a regional sales manager, about another 15-20 minutes. Got an offer a few days later, started the following week.
