Very simple and focused around previous industry experience, even if it was not in a server role. I came from another restaurant but as a busser and host, so I was assessed on my relevant skills and knowledge in adjacent roles.

I was asked why I wanted to leave my previous role
Very easy. Friendly staff and managers, and nice employee discount on food. Would recommend to someone who’s new to serving! Menu is easy to memorize and it’s pretty casual most nights!

Interview
I met with them in the afternoon. We talked about my experience. They gave me a tour of the restaurant and said I'd be quizzed on the menu. Then was given a tour of the kitchen area and shown the food, how it's presented etc.
