I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tide
Interview
I got no feedback from them, even though I asked, and even though they said they will.
The technical interview is a simulation of a pull request review.
They give you a piece of code and you have to review it and add comments like you would in real life.
After you finish it, the interviewers will ask you about whatever catches their eye, I guess; they do not go through all your comments, and they don't provide any feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tide (Hyderābād) in Jul 2020
Interview
I got the call from recruiter & then had the Zoom video call for interview.
I was given only one question to code for & that was all for that 50 minutes interview.
I am not sure how people write the code for the given problem in 15-20 minutes, if you have not written the code multiple times for the same problem earlier.
And I still think that the candidates writing the perfect code so fast then such companies will be delivering the successful products very fast. And surely with such perfect coders one can't expect failures & bugs in code.

Question 1
You are given a circular road with petrol pumps at regular intervals & you know the average of your car. Each petrol pump has given certain quantity of petrol. Now you need to find if you can complete that circle & from which point i.e. petrol pump you need to start.

This lot holds strong opinions and wants to maintain its monoculture. Employees are mocked if they do not conform.
You will do fine if you fit in. If not, bring a thick skin.
