Interview
My interview experience with Threecolts was very positive and well-structured. The process consisted of three stages: an initial interview with HR, followed by a conversation with the Chief People Officer, and a final interview with the Head of Partner Management.
Each stage of the process was professional, engaging, and clearly communicated. The interviewers were well-prepared, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, and created an open and collaborative environment throughout. I particularly appreciated the transparency around expectations, role responsibilities, and company culture.
The overall process was smooth, with clear next steps outlined after each interview, which made the experience efficient and respectful of time. Communication was consistent, and timelines were clearly set and adhered to.
Overall, it was a well-managed interview process that reflected a strong people-first culture and a high level of professionalism.

Interview
The interview process was very efficient. I appreciated that it moved fast and was productive at each step. I had the chance to interview not only with Partnerships leaders but also with the COO - both were authentic and the conversations felt less "interviewy" and more like catching up with industry colleagues. The recruiter followed up very shortly after all my interviews to see how things went and if I had questions, which I appreciated also. This was the best interview experience I've had in a long time.
