I submitted my application through Workday, but they quickly dismissed me, claiming I didn't qualify. However, an HR representative reached out to me and promised to reconsider my application. They even invited me for an interview at their office, which was scheduled for Thursday evening at 6pm. During the interview, they focused on situational questions about handling pressure at work. I couldn't shake the feeling that the interviewer was dissatisfied with my answers due to my average English skills. Following the interview, I was given an exam using their laptop in the same room. While taking the exam, I felt confident in my ability to answer all the questions accurately. Afterward, the interviewer informed me that I would receive the results within 24 hours, so I naturally expected to hear back by Friday. However, I decided to reach out over the weekend via email. Their response stated that they were taking a mental health day off. I followed up again on Tuesday, and the response claimed they would reply by the following day. Thursday came and went, with no response once again. Now it's Friday, and they finally replied, informing me that I wasn't considered for the position. They didn't even bother to share my exam results. Thankfully, this experience served as a clear indication of their disregard for candidates. It makes me wonder how they treat their employees.
