Was invited for an interview after an initial phone screening; within 1 week I was interviewing with a 'panel' of employees, including my future manager; it was clear that some were not thrilled about interviewing me, and that same day, 1 of the team members was fired before I ever worked with that person. It was a definite sign of things to come with this particular business unit of TR in Bingham Farms, MI! The questions were more or less behavior-based in nature, nothing too difficult to answer; my sense was that the panel interview was meant more as an intimidation, vs. a necessary part of the process.
