Interview
I just got a call from a consultancy goldenhues. So basically they just told me to go for the process that was decided like first they will take a test related to linux questions and another round will be a face to face interview round. Almost 20 candidate was there for that post. we all just completed our test & got an update from Thomson Hr (NITHIN). He told we are having some issues with the production servers so it is not possible to take the interviews on the same day, so all of you can leave and we will update you. After 2-3 days i just got an update i have clear the test and we are going to schedule an interview on monday. That time there will be 2 rounds of interview. I just reached there on time & waiting for the interview it was started after 1 hour wait. That time I just realize the interview panel is just had basic knowledge of linux they are not a core linux person. So basically my interview was awesome they also impressed by the performance. After that, they send me on the 1st floor with a guy for another interview round. before me, there were 2 guys also waiting for the same interview. They went one by one. That time i'm just waiting for my round from 1 1/2 hour. And then one lady came and ask me to leave (the reason was we are having many candidates those are waiting for the 1st interview round so we will update you for another round). I don't know but that time i just got the scenario no one going call you doesn't mean how was your performance in interview and test. I also don't know my 1st interview panel peoples gave the feedback to their team or not. So basically the first interview panel was just they send their two employees to go and take the interview for the satisfaction of the candidate. I just wanted to say do not waste the time of the interviewing candidates. I took a leave for 2 days from my office. so Please don't do this & decide the interview panel before calling the candidates for the interview.
