One 30 minute phone interview with HR, followed by a one-hour phone interview with hiring managers about a week later. Both interviews consisting mostly of behavioral/situational interview questions. A week later, there was a final interview in person with hiring managers. More behavioral questions and a half hour shadowing of a current Client Manager.
