I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Bengaluru) in Mar 2019
Interview
Pathetic hiring process and they are not at all well organised , Especially HR who was sending a automated email from workday stating that we are inviting you for a walk-in drive. We were asked to hand out a CV with compensation that we are drawing currently written in back of the CV. Later HR said your CTC is not a match for this role and sent many candidates back. Bening a global company can't they specify the range and send a Job description so that we can introspect where we stand before heading to a interview instead of travelling while Batlling the Bengaluru traffic for 2 hrs while spending around 400 INR.
Feedback to HR: Please stay organised while initiating a hiring process as you are wasting a time of some potential candidates which creates a bad impression to such a great global employer.
