The first interview that is conducted with someone at Teamworks is the cultural interview where the conversation is to get to know the candidate and for the candidate to get to know Teamworks. As described in the email that set-up the interview, the conversation is purposefully not geared to get into specificities of the role which would explain why the person conducting your interview did not ask you questions about your experience. Are you sure you interviewed for a position at Teamworks located in Durham, NC? If so, then we apologize for making you feel like you were the "other" candidate because we would not waste our time interviewing someone who we were not interested in. We appreciate the feedback you have given us and will try to do a better job of managing the expectations of the cultural interview with future candidates.
