The interview process was thorough and the team was professional throughout. I went through multiple rounds and had the opportunity to meet team members, which gave good insight into the role and company culture.
However, after completing the process, the role was ultimately filled by a former employee. While I understand business decisions, it would be helpful for candidates to know earlier if internal or previous candidates are being strongly considered, as the process can be time intensive.
Overall, a positive experience interacting with the team, but the process could benefit from more transparency.
