Talroo Client Services Analyst interview questions

Applied online through their site, and it took about 2 days to get a reply and invitation for interview for CSA. Not bad in my experience. A previous company took almost 6 weeks to respond, just to tell me that I was rejected! Well, the process went just like the recent poster describes; testing on typing speed, Excel, and some questions about the company and math problems. The admin person set me up and then a Client Services leader verified my Excel stuff. I though I did pretty good, but he gave me some pointers on how to do even better in the future. Even after that, I moved on and talked with the HR Manager for like an hour. I could tell he was very good at what he does, and he didn't make me feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. After that, I talked with a peer group about my experiences, my goals, and the position. Overall, it was a very well-oiled machine and everyone was so respectful, genuine, and patient.

Very interesting process, asked some unusual questions, the recruiter reached out first then after phone screen there are two more in person interviews, employees all seemed pretty cool but couple of the managers were pretty rude
