I went through three interviews with this company: two online and one in person at their HQ. The first two interviews were standard, with professional questions that aligned with what you’d expect during the hiring process. However, the final interview, which took place on-site in Fairfax with the CEO, was anything but normal.
During this interview, I was asked highly inappropriate questions about my age, race, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, place of birth, and even what my parents do for work. This line of questioning was not only unprofessional but also unethical and biased. It was a deeply uncomfortable experience and a red flag about the company's culture and leadership.
After this "interview from hell," it became clear to me that this is not a company where anyone should work, given the behavior of the CEO. My advice? Stay away!
