Sent me a technical assessment that wouldn't open on friday 05/31. Sent me an email saying the position was filled on Tuesday 06/04.
Mostly panel interviews consisting of 3 or more; mix of questions between technical knowledge and situational. Lasted about 35 minutes. Very casual yet formal which is representative of their culture.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Apr 2017

The talks mostly covered why I wanted to work at T-Mobile and cover technical proficiencies acquired in university.
There were very few technical questions involved with the director or the hiring managers.
