A pretty straightforward 3-interview process - recruiter call, then meeting with Sales Managers, then meeting with the Sales Director. All basic questions that every interviewer asks, easy to breeze through. Weirdly, they ghosted me after the recruiter call and reached out to offer me the 2nd interview over a month later. But the offer they gave me was, quite frankly, insultingly low for someone with 3 years of experience in the field, and not at all aligned with the salary range on the job post. They also described an extremely micromanaged and outdated culture, which I don't enjoy but would've accepted if they paid me enough.
