T-Mobile is an amazing company and they make the interview process as fun as they can. The employees are all very attentive, encouraging, and profession during the interview! Love the companies push for inclusion and diversity.

Question 1
Tell us one way you had to persuade a customer on a product, and how did you go about it?
It went pretty simple met with two managers and had to answer a couple questions about past sales experiences and after that it wasn’t that bad. But I didn’t end up feeling that good after the interview but I got the job.
They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
