The process was a simple, generic multi question open interview. The important thing about the interview is definitely talk about yourself and your skills because they probably won't ask for it. Definitely give them a copy of your resume before the interview to facilitate some conversation.

Fairly straightforward, asked about background and past experience. Not technical more of gauging team fit. Helps to have past customer / sales experience. Required online assessment, 2 rounds of interviews with store and district manager.
