Had a telephonic interview with HR. HR asked few basic questions and asked couple technical questions. Then had another telephone interview with the Hiring manager. It was focused on environment details, capacity analysis, basic troubleshooting skills and escalation procedures. Few scripting questions. That went well. Next round was another technical telephone interview with two senior engineers from the team. Questions about JVM tuning, weblogic cluster setup, linux shell scripting, http call flow etc were asked. It went well.
