General interview with company going over the basics, followed by a technical interview going over internet and web fundamentals. Was asked questions about HTML and JavaScript. I thought the questions asked were simpler than they should be, but I suppose everyone sees something different in the same project, due to differing skill levels and perspectives.

Interview
Phone screening was conducted. In-person interview was scheduled and conducted subsequently. Met with the direct report first. Then, HR & other section heads. The interview went smooth as the management was having a "conversation" with me, not "interrogating" me like other employers that I have been spoken to before.

Preliminary skill test was sent over. Phone screening was conducted. A subsequent in-person interview was scheduled. There was some follow-up questions in regard to past examples of work.
