Preliminary skill test was sent over. Phone screening was conducted. A subsequent in-person interview was scheduled. There was some follow-up questions in regard to past examples of work.

VP and a young recruiter interviewed me for 1/2 hour. VP seemed legit but kid was fidgety and pretending to know more than he did. Reading about the company in hindsight, I'm glad I didn't get the job- I'm not a sycophant.
