First, an online screening where candidates are asked basic technical questions and one programming problem. Second, a technical face-to-face round with in-depth technical discussions and coding tasks. Finally, a normal HR interview to assess communication, attitude, and overall fit for the company’s culture and role.

They conducted four rounds of interviews, including the HR discussion, and have been dragging the process for over three months. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have stopped answering calls, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time.

There were 3 Rounds of Interview. First two((Sometimes 3) rounds were to get the 1-month in office class internship offer. Final interview was to test the learning from internship + behavioural interview (inluding few technical questions). After getting selected, 6-month contract basis offer later turned into full-time Software Engineer on performance basis.
