      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      11 Jun 2024
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Stensul (New York, NY)

      Interview

The interview process at Stensul was seamless and had much influence on why I chose Stensul overall. I thoroughly enjoyed how responsive the hiring manager and recruiter were throughout the whole process and transparent with each step of the way, Up front I was clear with them that I was in 4 other processes so I did not want to rush their internal timeline and standard protocols. I was so happy to be able to talk to someone in the role and doing what I would be doing, so I really enjoyed meeting with one of the current SDR's and this had a big impact on my decision. By the second week of my interview process, I had two deadline offers to work with and the Stensul team did everything in their power to accommodate and get a verbal offer out by the Friday I had to make a decision. On top of that, the team worked on scheduling a time for me to meet HR for any extra questions to be answered. The one aspect of the interview process that caused a little hiccup was the referral process because at this late of stage I had already asked my last two direct managers for their time and references so getting the most recent ones back on the phone was difficult. If I could make a suggestion of an email or form managers can fill out for crunch time, that is all I would suggest. The team was very adaptable and I had provided 3 references that we were able to set up chats with last minute.
