I submitted my application and was contacted via email within a few days by asking for samples of my code. After reviewing my code, they emailed to set up a technical phone interview. The interview was with another scientist and lasted about an hour. It was a pleasant experience, and I appreciated the email communication afterwards to inform me I was no longer being considered.
