I gave interview in july 2022 for the role of Product Engineer 1. There were total 5 rounds of interview. 1. Take home activity of parking lot problem. 2. Background check and past experience check. 3. System design round 4. Problem Solving Round. 5. Culture fit Round. I cleared all the rounds and HR told me that she has received positive feedback but in the end I got a rejection mail because I did not understand their business from their website's about section. Is it a valid reason to reject a candidate? Worst experience till now.

The interview experience was good they focused in dsa and system design, moderate level leetcode ques are good to go but also need to have a strong grip over system design even for entry level roles
