SpotMe Technical Writer interview questions

Slightly disorganized and unprepared team. Pleasant exchange, plenty of opportunities to ask questions. However, they appear to be under a lot of stress, and for such a busy and full office it was 'deathly' quiet, which was slightly unnerving. Despite being promised a follow up from HR in a couple of weeks, investing time and resources to make it to the interview, and after repeated attempts to find out the status of the position, I have been completely ignored. Hardly the best approach for such an apparently young and forward-looking company...
