One interview by video with a couple of questions, around 1 h more or less. I read comments and open letter from SpotMe CEO (following bad comments and reviews of the company on GlassDorr if I record well...) before applying to this job. After a video interview, the recruiter told me that within a couple of days, my profile would be reviewed and a feedback would be given. After a couple of day, I chased this person to know if my profile was considered and since then... no response. Pure ghosting annoying to have lost couple of hours to prepare and attend the video interview plus very disrespectful. Not fitting a job is one thing, Getting back to people is a minimum according to me. There is no need to write down a complete letter explaining how you consider people and treating them this way SpotMe.
