      The initial interview seemed pretty typical to me. The person running the interview was professional and courteous. They gave me a solid overview of the company and what my duties there would consist of.

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SpotMe

      Interview

      Process consists of screening, behavioral assessment, product assessment, and a couple of interviews which ends with exec level. Overall, they were quick to get back to me and stayed in touch up until after the last interview. The screening and other interviews were informative and helpful in learning about the day to day for the position. The exec level came across as more of an interrogation than a conversation and had a generally odd feel to it. That and the behavioral assessment an otherwise okay interview process was made neutral. What pushed it to negative was the lack of feedback in the rejection. That's fine for initial rejections, but after that many rounds, not offering feedback is ridiculous. I knew I wasn't going to be offered the position after the exec interview, so I didn't bother to withdraw my application.
