The interview process consists of two stages:
Technical Round – Led by the hiring manager and current team members, this round evaluates your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge relevant to the role. You may be asked about past experiences, practical scenarios, or case studies to assess how you approach challenges and tasks.
Behavioral Round & Salary Negotiation – This phase focuses on interpersonal skills, adaptability, teamwork, and alignment with the company culture. Additionally, it includes a discussion on compensation, benefits, and any expectations to align on a mutually agreeable offer. It’s also an opportunity to address any remaining questions about the role or company policies.
