Interview
I submitted my cv and cover letter online, and received an email a few days later inviting me to an interview with talent acquisition. Basic competency and experience questions asked.
Recieved an email same day inviting me to an interview with the senior and department manager over zoom. Interview was unstructured and they generally wanted to see how you responded to unusual interview questions. After the interview I was ghosted by the company when asking for updates and received a decline after a month. Asked for feedback and ghosted again.

Day long interview with several tasks. All managed really well, not too intense and very welcoming talking with current and previous interns was really useful. Group task and coding questions with a discussion afterword.
