The second interview was an email exercise and then they asked unstructured questions after we discussed what I wrote.

Interview
Standard interview process. Initial call with recruiter, then met with hiring manager to go over a mock-email assignment. Then met with CFO for more of a culture fit type of call. Process lasted about 3 weeks. Sadly did not get an offer. Seems like a great company.
