Understand the company and what they are looking for in a role. Have some good talking points about Slack and why you are interested in them and any previous experience that would be relevant. Not huge on hiring new BDR/SDR, rather those with experience already.
First is a screening process with HR. Next is 1 on 1 with someone in a similar role. Next is a group interview with a team where u present a case study (pick a company you would target). Last is 1 on 1 with the manager.

Question 1
Why sales? Tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slack in Feb 2022
Interview
4 rounds:
-HR interview
-Assessment which required intense researches aimed at C-level executives
-Role play + Presentation
Overall: I think it is a clear process but it's a lot to ask for an Entry position (especially the intense researches + templates regarding C-level targets that you handed them for free)
