I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slack
Interview
Overall the process aligns perfectly to what is mentioned already here in the reviews. Only complaint is the time and effort put towards each round. If you are a viable candidate, a tremendous amount of prep goes into the chronological interview and hours upon hours on the presentation round. You are provided with a 50 page brand guidelines and told to create a presentation from scratch. It just seems like too much time wasted if not offered a position or at least an alternative with all the open positions that seem to be available. People have full time jobs, families etc. An additional 30+ hours to prep for a presentation that goes nowhere is a bit ridiculous.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slack (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
The internal recruiter has reached out to me on LinkedIn asking for a call. We had a call and he said he would come back to me with the feedback next day. I have never heard back from him, even though I have sent him an email. I am deeply disappointed - not having any courtesy of sending a ''Thank you email', even though I was rejected, is quite frankly disrespectful. Candidates prepare for interviews and not having any feedback after the interview call is very rude. I have never expected this level of service quality from the company like Slack.

What languages do you speak, when you are available from, what is your desired salary, describe your CSM experience in a nutshell.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Slack (South San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Had a phone screen and did not progress further because Slack isn’t sponsoring work visas for this role. The interviewer asked to reveal which customers I am working with and the ARR for each. These questions felt inappropriate but the recruiter insisted on knowing. Slack recruiting should not put candidates on the spot to reveal confidential details about their current role. Simply unethical!
