      Enterprise Account Executive Interview

      2 Mar 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Skyflow

      Interview

My interview process was actually a really pleasant experience, from my first call with Michael to meeting with everyone else across 6/7 stages. Everyone I engaged with would always go above and beyond to find answers to my questions. That's not to say it was easy, I met with most of the executive team across the process and there was a healthy amount of scrutiny from both sides. For the the biggest plus was having a backstop like Michael who I could reach out to and validate with.

      Vancouver, BC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skyflow (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2022

      Interview

My interview process with Skyflow was one of the best I've had. It all started with the recruiter-- he was engaged, easy to work with, and very helpful. From the very first call, it was clear that the recruiter had great intentions. Rather than trying to get me to sell him on why I was a great fit, he sold me why Skyflow was a great fit for me. Every step I had, he reassured me that I was the right person, and helped me prepare for the interviews so I could put my best foot forward. I interviewed with a few other folks as part of the process (head of sales, head of sales ops, and the CRO). My final step would have been a panel interview, but I didn't make it that far. The CRO did not give me a pass. Although it wasn't the outcome I set out to achieve, I write this review because I came out the other end more informed, educated, and a better sales rep. I ended up starting to read a book that was recommended to me. Why? Every interview had thought provoking questions, some that I hadn't pondered as much as I wished I had. This interview was a stepping stone to crush my future conversation. As we all know, when one door closes, another one opens.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q: Tell me a time about the most stressful/challenging time you had and what you learned from that? Q: Tell me about yourself Q: Tell me about a deal you won and what did you do specifically that won the prospect over? Q: Tell me about a deal you lost and what did you learn? Q: Tell me a time that you uncovered some information on an opportunity and how you made that institutional knowledge? Q: Why do you want to leave your current role?
