6 rounds almost 4 months but receptive and clear communication. The leadership will take their sweet time to discuss and plan according to the finances which will definitely involve a lot of time investment.

Interview
Interview was light, not very aggressive. They already know if they want you or not, it's just a matter of finding the appropriate fit for the company. If you received a call for an interview, just tell yourself you already have the position, and go into the interview with that mindset.
