      Project Coordinator Interview

      4 Jun 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bothell, WA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Silicon Mechanics (Bothell, WA) in May 2015

      Interview

I was first given a phne interview with the hiring manager which went very well and was told I would get an E-Mail to arrange an in person interview. I received the E-Mail and scheduled an interview a few day later. I arrived at the company building and met with the hiring manager. We sat down and she interviewed me for a short while, and then also called in another Project Coordinator and the engineering manager. I got the usual questions about myself and work experience. I was then run through numerous scenarios and how I would deal with different situations. After that, the hiring manager gave me a tour of the facility and gave me an in depth look at what goes on everyday. I was then sat with the COO and hiring manager for another interview. I was asked more questions about how I would deal with certain situations. I then conversed with the COO for a few minutes and then the interview ended. I chatted with the hiring manager for a few minutes and departed.
