Interview
I met with a variety of groups, at the time I was interviewed first by the CFO and QC lead, then the Operations Manager and CTO, then finally a Sales Engineer and a Linux Engineer.
Took a few interviews but it really came down to understanding who I was, and what I would bring to the table.
