I sent my job application and after 2 days they asked me to complete a transcription test, one IQ test, send them my CV and ID. I did and after two days they scheduled a call regarding the hiring process. When I logged in I saw 7 people! WHO THE HELL DOES THAT? Anyway, the meeting lasted 20 minutes and she informed us that all of us have passed the test and we will soon get an email regarding the following steps of the hiring. Also, she informed us about the salary and everything else we should know. By the way I forgot to mention that she never asked us any questions about ourselves! 5 hours later I got an email that my profile doesn't match with what they are looking for. WHY ARE YOU WASTING THE TIME OF CANDIDATES LIKE THIS? I asked for an explanation but she told me that she is not in charge of this so she doesn't know.
