      I interviewed at Semios

      Interview

Had two interviews and succession and was quite impressed with the speed at which the interview process was taking. Had a third interview and was given the impression I would get an update in a week. Eight weeks later, having followed up three times I didn’t care anymore. If I received response at all from the recruiter, it was that they were still interviewing and it would be just a few more days. Even if I had been given an offer, I would’ve not accepted it because I had accepted another position 3 weeks earlier. Vancouver is a small market. Taking two months to provide feedback to a candidate is just really bad form. Even if there is a delay because of decisions being made at leadership level, you always should make sure to let candidates know being proactive. I would suggest the recruitment team needs to have some training on how to treat their candidates.
