      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Seclore (Mumbai) in Jul 2016

      Interview

There were multiple rounds 1. Written Test(Aptitude mcq test and then followed by technical cum puzzle test). Aptitude test took 1 hour and technical puzzle test took 1 hour 2. After clearing written tests, there was technical round with VP of the company. Duration of this round was 1hour. They asked me about the past work which I have done and gave me some puzzles to solve. 3. After clearing this there was hr round which again had some puzzles and discussion regarding my current and expected compensation. At the end they said they can't give me what I expected so everything stopped it there.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Seclore (Mumbai) in Apr 2017

      Interview

First 2 rounds consists of written tests: First one is aptitude test of some 20-25 MCQs and the second one is technical test again of some 25-30 MCQs and one programming question. Aptitude questions are not the easy ones which we used to solve in our colleges day instead they were pretty tough, but the technical MCQs were kind of easy to medium level. I found that every one has to go through the first two rounds even the tech leads too. We don't expect experienced resource to go through aptitude test but that's ok I respect their process and , i really enjoyed these rounds. After clearing these two tests, in third round I was handed out a paper in which it asked to write code To implement DB connection pool which had many conditions/requirements. They told outcome of this round wont make much difference to me as this coding round is only for tech leads and i was having just 5.5 year of exp. After clearing third round, then came 4th F2F round which really pissed me off. There were two panels they were not sure what to ask in a java interview: they were asking scenario based Qs related to JVM in which they were not sure what should be the answer. At one point panel himself got confused with the architecture of JVM, like heap memory, Perm Space, metadata space. Then after that panel suddenly started asking questions of C like structs, malloc to a java developer who haven't heard anything about C after his college days. Fourth round totally disappointed me, would request HR to arrange proper Panel with respect to technology.
