I've been referred by a former colleague. The whole process was as smooth as it can possibly be. The Technical Recruiter was there for me throughout the entire process, and interviews have been set up to accommodate my schedule. I've got a list of people whom I will be talking to along with interview dates well in advance, so, I had enough time to prepare and learn a bit more about my future interviewees.
As the actual process goes, I'd say it was pretty standard and straight forward. Started with a Technical Recruiter/Hiring Manager call, followed by an interview loop with a number of people, each of which has been focusing on specific aspects. I've got to talk to Product Head, Eng. Manager, Directors of Engineering as well as PMTS and MTS.
