I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews. One with a software engineer. We discussed my previous experiences, resume, talked about a couple classes I have taken, then did a few technical questions. The second phone call was with the Team Manager. She was super nice, and we had an awesome conversation. We chatted about my personal projects, her personal projects, the Salesforce team, and a few other light topics. Nothing technical there.

The interview process was great.
The interviewing staff was very conforting and welcoming. It felt like a normal conversation where you would just talk between coworkers about your experience and about interesting thing that have happened in your professional journey.
