Long, drawn out, disjointed. The people interviewing me seemed to not understand why they were there. They seemed too distracted to understand my background or what the fit for my skills was.

I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
