Very professional and nice. You get a Buddy that will help you and provide answers to different questions you may have. Moreover you get the change to get to know a solution and demonstrate it for a panel.

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.
