I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Salesforce (Miami, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
Initial phone screen by a recruiter. If you pass that you'll typically be asked to present a deck to a panel that will include your direct manager and 2-3 other members. The final stage after that is typically with your direct manager and possibly their VP.

Question 1
Would you say that Salesforce's primary job is to sell software?
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
