Question 1
The "hard" part is preparing for the panel, where you act as a solution engineer in front of customers.
You must prepare your presentation, your pitch and study the Salesforce solutions
You are followed by a buddy which helps you prepare
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
