Interview
1. Initial screening interview with the recruiter, Jon Ireland - informal conversation about my experience and potential roles which would be suitable for me to apply for.
2. Hiring Manager interview - 60 mins interview focused on discussing my experience and motivations, as well as providing me with further information and context about the role and team.
3. Panel Interview - 60 min interview with panel of 4 employees including the hiring manager. Delivered 60 second elevator pitch imagining I'd got the job, followed by a 20 minute presentation on past project I had delivered and then Q&A. Finally opportunity for me to ask questions.
4. Short interview with Salesforce VP - relatively informal validation prior to making me an offer.

Question 1
Multiple competency based questions focused on my experience, motivation for the role and working for Salesforce.

Interview
There were around 4 interviews. Two of them via phone and two other interviews in person, with one of them as a panel presentation. Besides that, additional phone calls with hiring/HR staff took place regarding logistics, specific questions and appointment schedules. Overall the process was felt with a quite professional approach. Salesforce seemed quite organised and knowledgeable regarding hiring process, logistics and requirements to succeed on it.
