This week I have just the worst candidate experience ever. I have applied for a role which was indeed a good fit. I fulfilled at least 90% of requirements and I was really positive about my chances. The call itself took only 15 minutes, which is already call out for a question 'what? seriously???' The recruiter girl did not even introduce herself, immediately shot the first question. She was apparently rushing so much to be over this call which is just a number in statistics. Also it was literally said that actually other people are already further in the hiring process because they applied earlier. My question is why are you not closing the position if you have enough candidates? Why are you calling people, giving them hope if you already know they will be rejected? How dare you say to a candidate that just keep hoping however the position is almost fulfilled by others. If you call me why don't you give me basic respect that you introduce yourself and not rattle off your questions. Does the candidate not deserve at least half an hour to speak with? The way recruiters are talking to candidates matters a lot. If you make me feel you are not interested in my qualifications how I can sell it to you? If you treat me obviously as a number how I can feel relaxed and speak about myself naturally? Bad recruiters destroying candidates experiences and the company chances to find a good fit who could contribute to its success. If you have no time for candidates think it through if you, yourself are in a fitting position. Because I would not hire you with this kind of approach. I will not mention here the name of the lady but I hope she will recognize herself.
It was more of a lengthy interview process and they were certainly diligent about making sure to find the right one! Be sure to study up and take notes after each interview.

Question 1
Are you good at collaborating with multiple different teams?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce in Dec 2025
Interview
Process took a full month. Phone Screening with recruiter, 45 Minute interview w/ Hiring Manager & Final round was an additional 5 45 minute interviews with stakeholders. No technical portion just situational questions. Recruiter never got back to me after final interview stage - completely ghosted. To go through a full interview process & desicate your own time without getting any closure is completely unnacceptable for a company to do. It tells me where their priorities lie. It indicates to me that, To them, you are just another number & they don't act w/ empathy to their employees. I'm glad I wasn't offered a position here. Wouldn't want to work for a company like this.
