I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Milan) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process took about 4 weeks. Initial call with recruiter. Second call with hiring manager. In person panel interview with hiring manager and two other individuals. Then ending with an interview with the EMEA Director. Very enjoyable experience. All the steps were clearly organized with the recruiter very professional and responsive. Interviews were based on some examples of some types of situations and how I handled them. Not deeply tech questions. The interviewers really made me feel comfortable.

Question 1
How do you approach difficult conversations with a customer? How would you handle a difficult client ? Can you give an example of when you have worked well under pressure?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

Interview
The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
