Went through multiple interviews for a few positions. Before California law banned salary questioning I was asked by a recruiter to send her my W2s. Another recruiter kept asking me about music popular when I was in college ( dummy was trying to find out my age).I interviewed with someone a year out of college and after telling him about two separate deals I had beat Salesforce in he then let me know I was at best a Tier two candidate. There is a definite “bro culture” which centers around youth, fitting in, and not having previous CRM experience. Forget it if you are over 40.
